Notes:

Like the Marlins, the Expos lineup is gaining respectability. The Marlins appear to be deeper, but the Expos have two players better than anybody the Marlins have in Tatis and, of course, Vladimir.
While there are probably better uses for his skills, playing Geoff Blum in left field doesn't look like a total disaster. One of the things the struggling larger markets could learn from the Expos is the availability of decent players like Blum in the minor leagues if given a chance.
I like Milton Bradley more than that projection would indicate. Has the ability to do better.
Don't read too much into the projection for Tim Raines. With obvious health issues and maybe some rust, all I can do for him is run the numbers and report back what I get.
